Warehouse accounting
Product records, barcodes, multiple warehouses, and live stock reporting with filters, search, and Excel export.
Integration and automation platform
FinOps is an ERP platform that brings warehouse, trade, finance, and reporting into one system. Integrations with marketplaces, banks, and POS systems remove manual data entry: a sale writes itself off stock, a payment lands on the right account, and reports update on their own.
Direct connections to the marketplaces, banks, and POS systems you work with.
Birmarket, Wolt, Bolt Food, Birbank, ABB, PASHA Bank, e-Kassa, Omnitech, Az Smart, CasPos, NBA Technologies
Automation
Wherever the order comes from, the system carries it through to the end. All that is left for you is to read the result.
Orders from a marketplace, your online store, or the POS land in the system automatically.
Goods leave the warehouse, stock updates in real time, and low-stock items trigger a notification.
An invoice is created, the bank statement payment is matched to the account, and the debt balance recalculates itself.
Sales, margin, receivables, and payables appear in reporting immediately, and the end-of-day summary lands in Telegram.

Questions
Clear answers on demos, pricing, onboarding, and data security.
FinOps is a cloud ERP system that brings warehouse, trade, finance, payments, and reporting into one digital environment. It runs in a browser, with employee access controlled by assigned permissions.
The system suits small, medium-sized, and multi-branch companies in retail, wholesale, services, distribution, and e-commerce. Modules are selected to match the business model and transaction volume.
A single data source, live stock and financial figures, role-based access, an operation log, multi-currency reporting, and external platform integrations. This reduces duplicate work and reliance on disconnected spreadsheets.
With operations in one system, management receives timely and accurate information, employees work from the same data, and manual entry and discrepancies decrease. Control, planning, and decision-making become more consistent.
Submit the website form or contact us directly. After clarifying your needs, we recommend the right modules and plan, provide a demo, and then begin onboarding and data migration once approved.
FinOps can be opened on a mobile device with internet access and a modern browser. Everyday checks and core actions work on a phone, while large tables and data-heavy tasks are more comfortable on a computer.
No. The cloud version only requires an internet-connected computer and a modern browser. Barcode scanners, receipt printers, and POS equipment are connected only when your workflows require them.
Yes. Every plan includes onboarding guidance and ongoing technical support. Requests are handled by email or through a priority support channel, depending on the selected plan.
Yes. On a short demo call we walk through the system with your data: warehouse, invoices, payments, and reports. If it fits, we open a trial environment so your team can run real scenarios.
Pricing depends on the selected plan, modules, number of users and branches, and any custom integration requirements. Start and Business can be billed monthly or yearly at a discount. Every plan includes cloud hosting, backups, onboarding, data migration, and technical support.
Typically 3–10 business days: access, data import, core rules and roles, and test operations. Integrations and multi-branch setups can take longer — we agree the timeline up front.
No. We handle the setup: we connect your account on the platform, map the catalogue, and verify it with a test order. All we need from you is access credentials.
Yes. Product catalogues, contacts, stock levels, and opening debt balances are imported from Excel or CSV. We run the migration and verify the result with you.
No. Modules are enabled individually. You can start with warehouse and trade, then add finance, analytics, and integrations later.
You get an alert when an invoice or finance operation is created, plus an end-of-day summary of turnover, debts, and account balances. Which events to send is agreed with you.
Azerbaijani, Russian, and English. The language is set per user, so colleagues in one company can each work in their own language.
Access is limited by roles, so each employee only sees their own modules. Critical operations are logged, and backups run on a schedule. See the Security page for the full picture.
By default it runs in the cloud. The enterprise plan can include a dedicated server and a custom deployment.
Your data stays yours. When the contract ends we hand over catalogues, invoices, and reports in an agreed format (for example Excel/CSV), then remove the copy from the system.
