- Barcode and unique product cards — duplicates split stock.
- Multiple warehouses — branches keep separate balances.
- Invoice sync — sales and purchases update stock immediately.
- Excel import / export — migrate catalogues and export reports.
- Permissions — warehouse staff should not see finance unless required.
Common mistake
