Your data is protected

Accounting data is the most sensitive part of a business. That is why protection is built in layers: infrastructure, access control, and a trace of every operation.

Infrastructure

Protection at the server, network, and database level.

  • DDoS protection

    Traffic passes through the Cloudflare network: attacks and malicious requests are filtered out before they reach the system, around the clock.

  • Encryption in transit

    Every exchange between browser and server runs over HTTPS with TLS 1.3 encryption.

  • A separate database per company

    Companies never share one database: each customer runs in its own instance with its own database.

  • Passwords and integration keys

    Passwords are stored in a non-reversible form (PBKDF2-SHA256), and bank integration keys are encrypted separately.

  • Automatic backups

    The database is archived daily in a consistent state and kept off the server, in separate cloud storage.

  • European data centre

    Servers sit in Germany in Hetzner’s ISO/IEC 27001 certified data centre: N+1 UPS, redundant power feed, and 24/7 physical security.

Access control

You decide who gets in, from where, and to what.

  • IP restrictions

    Access can be limited to an allowlist of IP addresses, for the whole company or for one employee.

  • Role model (RBAC)

    Every employee sees only their modules and permitted operations: roles and rights are configured separately.

  • Session control

    Access tokens are short-lived and rotate regularly; changing a password or disabling an employee closes sessions on every device at once.

  • Brute-force protection

    Repeated failed sign-ins are throttled per IP, and password reset requests are rate-limited the same way.

Transparency

Everything that happens in the system is traceable, and the data stays yours.

  • Audit trail

    Who created, changed, or deleted a document, when, and from which IP — all of it stays in the log, filterable by module, date, and user.

  • Your data is yours

    Products, contacts, invoices, and reports export to Excel at any time; when you leave, your data is deleted in full at your request.
